Our Returns Policy
We understand that shopping online can be convenient, but it can also be a hassle to return an item. Although we want you to really like the product you receive, we know that returns are common with online purchases and we can understand the frustration and inconvenience they can cause. Thanks to our no return policy, we strive to make the return process as easy and convenient for the customer as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a full refund (excluding applicable shipping charges), provided your order was delivered within 30 days and your item is still in good condition. new or unused.

All requests for returns of new items that have not been used within 30 days of delivery date, excluding confirmed final sale items, will be gratefully accepted.
Please report any damaged or incomplete product within 7 days of delivery. All damage must be reported prior to installation.
Installation or use of the item is an acceptance of the product. Returns of installed or used items will not be accepted.
We do not charge any restocking fee. The customer will be refunded the purchase price of the item, including taxes (if applicable), less any discounts offered and/or shipping charges.

All items must meet resale condition requirements: new, unused, unaltered, uninstalled, and undamaged. Items must be in their original packaging and must not have any missing parts. If the item is deemed to have been received in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse packaging and refuse to return the item.
All merchandise is considered your property until it is received at our warehouse, inspected and approved for credit.
Please take out full insurance for your return – items damaged in transit will be refused. If your item is damaged, our representatives will be happy to provide you with all the necessary documentation to file and support your damage claim for compensation through the shipping company.
Please make sure the item meets the status requirements and/or is the correct item before sending it back. If the item does not qualify for returns, or if we received the item in error, we will notify you of the problem immediately. In these cases the return will be rejected; The sender will be informed within 14 days of what to do with the non-conforming item or the item will be disposed of/donated.
Unauthorized returns will be refused; be sure to get the instructions from your RGA. Returns must be shipped within 15 days of receipt of RGA instructions.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment. If the original payment cannot be processed, the refund will be issued as a store credit.
Return requests outside of the 30-day return policy may be considered for store credit. To be considered an exception, items must be non-discontinued, non-special order, new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Exceptions to store credit must be approved.

If your return is applicable, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization Form, along with the return shipping address. Please print your RGA addendum and include it in the original packaging of your box. **If you do not receive your RGA message within one business day, please check your spam folders.

Step 3
Shipping back to the analoggift warehouse is the responsibility of the customer; you can choose the carrier you want, USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc. We strongly recommend that you insure your package. If possible, please send us the tracking information for your return so that we can better track the arrival of your return.

You can order a discounted prepaid label to deduct. With a discounted prepaid label, the specified return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

That is! Once the warehouse has received your item, the returned item will be evaluated. Shortly thereafter, your account will be credited for the return amount (excluding applicable shipping charges).

We aim to resolve all return/exchange requests within 24-48 business hours as we strive to make your return experience as easy as the initial order. All orders found to be damaged or faulty in transit will be re-assessed to ensure we can accommodate your wishes.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before the order is shipped. Since we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, please note that you may need to cancel the same day as your order.

If your order has been shipped or cannot be cancelled, we will guide you through our returns process.

If an order is rejected during delivery, the customer must pay the return costs, which will be calculated by the analoggift company. Once the order is received in our warehouses, the return costs will be automatically deducted when processing the refund.
