Refund Policy

At analoggift.com, we strive to make returns as easy as possible.

Please read the product list carefully and ask questions before ordering. We know you are buying from an image and sometimes it can be difficult to tell the exact color or determine the exact size. We are sure that you will like our products, but we know that life happens and plans change. If for any reason the item you ordered does not meet your expectations or requirements, don’t worry. We have a super easy 30-day return policy and friendly service. If you order an item that doesn’t work, please return it for a full refund. Our goal is to make you happy.

How to Request a Return
Requesting a return is easy. Within 30 days of receipt of order at Simply send an email to support@analoggift.com with the information below.

1) Your full name
2) Your order number (found in your order confirmation or tracking number email)
3) a description of the item(s) you wish to return (if possible, please include the full product name and model number)
4) The reason you want to return the item. For example, reasons such as wrong color, ill-fitting, design change, product defect (please explain), too big, etc. they are fine. The reasons can be brief.
*Note: If you are requesting a return of a damaged or defective product, please send some photos as we will need them to process your request.
We will respond to your email within 3 business days with your RMA number and a detailed description. If your return qualifies for free shipping, we’ll also send you a prepaid label. If not, we will simply send you our address and instructions for returning the item to us.

All items must be returned using the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided. Write the RMA number on a piece of paper inside the box, along with your return. Please do not write on the product box. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service, such as UPS, and that you insure the package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Please repack the product in its original outer box to prevent damage. This will ensure you receive a full refund upon arrival.
