As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to disrupt the supply chain network, we are doing everything we can to ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible. However, despite our best efforts, shipping and delivery times are subject to unexpected change – please check your order status for the latest shipping time estimates. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Shipping

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after payment clears, unless at the time of ordering or you receive email notification that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are estimates only. Orders may be delayed due to the time it takes to verify or fulfill them. Orders can be delivered in batches.

Once your order has been verified, we will send you a confirmation email. Once verified and taking into account that the processing has already started, in principle the order will not be canceled in the meantime, but we will try to contact you by email or by phone to find a good solution.

The transformation process

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days, please allow additional shipping time. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you promptly by email or phone.

Order Fulfillment
We ship daily Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year, excluding Sundays and holidays. Orders placed after 22:00 or 04:00 CET will start to be produced the following day. Occasionally, orders may not be shipped “next day” due to stock issues, missing order information, or billing delays. Orders placed on a Saturday will ship the following Monday or the next business day.
